Standard-Stock Delivery Policy

• Camozzi strives to ship all orders of standard "In-Stock" category
within 1 business day from the date it was received.

• All UPS Ground and non expedited orders will be processed on a first in first out basis. Any order of this type that is received by 12:00PM CST should ship the same day but will not be guaranteed. UPS Red, Blue, Orange, Fed-X, etc. will be be guaranteed to ship the same day if received by 2:00PM CST.

• Purchase Orders of In-Stock product* that require expedited shipping, but are received after 3:00 p.m. CST or have an unusually large quantity, will be processed in the same expedited manner but cannot be guaranteed** to ship the same day.

* In-Stock product refers to complete products and part numbers that are currently stocked on our warehouse shelves. It does not apply to any product that must be received into stock, assembled, machined or modified.

** Guaranteed Shipping or shipping charges are free.
GUARANTEED TERMS: Provided the order is completed and received before the applicable cut-off time on an operating business day, Camozzi will guarantee shipping (qualifying items placed in the carrier's hands) for any in-stock U.S. Catalog items of the specified quantity (except machined or items that require setup or special packaging) to a qualified Distributor. The guarantee does not cover, and Camozzi is not responsible for, computer or electronic interruptions, mechanical or electrical breakdowns, strikes, riots, severe weather conditions, acts of God or any other forces beyond the reasonable control
of Camozzi, including non-scheduled carriers, carrier missed pick-ups, branch shipments (due to earlier pickups), back-ordered items, replacement orders, new accounts (first order), and orders requiring credit review.
