Camozzi
Pneumatics, Inc. warrants its products
to be free from defects in workmanship
or material for one (1) year from date
of shipment from factory. Camozzi Pneumatics,
Inc. shall have no liability under
this warranty if:

1) The product is used other
than in accordance with current
operation specifications.
2) The product is subjected
to any abuse or abnormal or
unintended use.
3) A claim in writing under
this Warranty is not presented
to Camozzi Pneumatics, Inc.
2160 Redbud blvd. Ste. 101,
McKinney, Texas 75069 on or
before ninety (90) days after
the date any alleged defect
was first known or could reasonable
have been known.
4) The product is not returned
unaltered to Manufacturer within
such ninety (90) day period
for inspection. At its option,
Manufacturer’s liability
shall be limited to replacement
or repair of the product, F.O.B.
point of manufacturing. Any
warranty extends only to the
first user of the product. Manufacturer
shall not be liable for consequential
damages.

MANUFACTURER DISCLAIMS ANY OTHER WARRANTIES AND
THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER
WARRANTY EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, including but not
limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability
or fitness for a particular purpose. Manufacturer
neither authorizes nor assumes responsibility for
any other affirmation of fact, description or other
representation with respect to its products.
