Port 3/4" & 1" NPTF Metal bowl and bayonet-type mounting The filters are available with 3/4", 1" connection. The bowls of these filters are made of metal with a transparent sight glass and have a condensate drain valve which can provide either a manual or semi-automatic function. On request it is possible to order filters with filtering elements which can vary from the standard (25 or 5 μm). In addition this version is available with fully automatic drain. Port 3/4", 1" NPTF Metal bowl and bayonet-type mounting The lubricators in the Series C are available with 3/4", 1" port. The bowls of these lubricators are made of metal and are equipped with a transparent viewer. The oil flow can be monitored via the small transparent cap and regulated by means of the special adjusting screw. Oil reservoir can be filled while under pressure from the hex plug offset in the head cap, or without pressure by filling bowl directly. Port 3/4", 1" NPTF The valves are designed so that the downstream air pressure can be vented and the valve locked in the non passing condition to allow work to be carried out with greater safety on pneumatically actuated equipment. The positioning of these valves is often before the FRL unit. The lockable isolation valves are available with port 3/4", 1" and cannot be panel mounted. Mod. C401-AV.P. Soft Start electrically-operated Valve, (solenoid coil not included) Mod. C401-AV.P/1 Soft Start pneumatically-operated Valve, (5/32" OD fitting for air-pilot) Ports 3/4", 1" NPTF (compact modular) The soft start valve is needed to prevent harming people or equipment when pressurizing a pneumatic system equipped with cylinders. The specifications of this component allow the gradual pressurization of a pneumatic system. Pressure is gradually increased until 50% of the system pressure is reached. System pressure then increases to 100% of the set pressure in a very short time. The natural location of the slow start valve is after the main FRL components. Two different types of slow start valves are available:
For electrically operated soft start valves, a 3-way normally closed solenoid valve model A631-AC2- is used. This valve starts only when the solenoid, (not included), is energized. For pneumatically operated soft start valves, the base A631-AC2-AVP/-P incorporating a Super Rapid fitting ø4- 5/32" OD is used. This Super Rapid fitting receives the signal produced by a remotely operated valve which acts as a general switch. On request, a pressure gauge or pressure switch, (like PM11-NA or PM11-NC), can be assembled in place of plug model 2611-1/8" located in the upper part near the solenoid valve or the pneumatic input.
