Cylinders Series 60

Single and double-acting (magnetic) (DIN/ISO 6431)
Bore: ø 32, 40, 50, 63, 80, 100,125 cushioned [1 1/4", 1
9/16", 2", 2 1/2", 3 1/8", 4", 5" inch approximations]

The Series 60 cylinders with diameters 32, 40, 50, 63, 80, 100 and 125 have been designed to comply with the dimensions laid down in the DIN/ISO 6431 standards. A removeable magnet is mounted on the piston in these cylinders.
This cylinders series is normally equipped with adjustable end–stroke cushioning.
Moreover these cylinders are equipped with a mechanical cushioning in order to reduce the impact of the piston as it reaches the end of the stroke.
These cylinders can also accommodate stroke lengths up to 1000 mm for bore sizes shown in the table.

Cylinders Series 61
Aluminium Profile

Single, double-acting, magnetic (DIN/ISO 6431) Bore: ø
32, 40, 50, 63, 80, 100, 125 cushioned [1 1/4", 1 9/16",
2", 2 1/2", 3 1/8", 4", 5" inch approximations]

The Series 61 cylinders with diameters 32, 40, 50, 63, 80, 100 and 125 have been designed to comply with the dimensions laid down in the DIN/ISO 6431 standards. The extruded aluminum tube with improved aesthetics, has two grooves (on three sides) where the proximity switch Mod. CST can be directly mounted. This enables the same cylinder dimensions to be retained. Four tie-rods located inside of the tube make the mounting of the end-blocks extremely secure. This cylinder series is equipped with adjustable end-stroke cushioning. Moreover, these cylinders are also equipped with a mechanical cushioning in order to reduce the impact of the piston as it reaches the end of the stroke (only until ø100). The cylinder series can also accommodate stroke lengths up to 1000 mm for bore sizes shown in the table.

Guide Cylinders Series 45

For cylinders DIN/ISO 6432
ø 20 - 25
for cylinders DIN/ISO 6431
ø 32 - 40 - 50 - 63 - 80 - 100

Series 45 Guides are available in three different models depending on the applicable loads. The UT and HT guides with crawling supports are self lubricating, while HB guides have a ball bush. Series 45 guides can be used with all cylinders DIN/ISO 6432 of ø 20 and ø 25 and DIN/ISO 6431 of ø 32 ÷ 100.
Refer to the graphs to ensure the right choice of the loads in relation to the stroke.
The shorter the stroke the higher will be the applicable loads.

Rod Lock Series RL

For cylinders ISO 6431/VDMA and ISO 6432*
Series RL ø 20 - 25 - 32 - 40 - 50 - 63 - 80 - 100 - 125

The Series RL rod locks are available in 9 different sizes to fit (DIN/ISO 6432) cylinders 20-25 mm diameter and (DIN/ISO 6431 VDMA) cylinders 32, 40, 50, 63, 80, 100 and 125 mm diameter.
The compact dimensions allow units to be fitted on cylinders where space is limited.
Rod lock units are often used to hold the load in position during Emergency Stop conditions or when the air supply may be accidently disconnected from the system. The holding forces are measured at 8 bar. g. and apply in both directions. When operating the cylinder to achieve intermediate stroke positions a 5/3 pressure centre valve should be used.
The piston rod should remain in the locked position when the directional valve is in the mid position. Caution: the rod lock should not be used to “brake” the piston rod in dynamic conditions and must only be applied when movement has ceased.
