Camozzi firmly believes that competitive forces are the best motivation for innovation, company growth and product development, and that under such conditions the best resultsensue.

The company has developed a culture of innovation and a continuous process of improvement in its production capability which has resulted in closer customer relationships.
 
In order to fully integrate the design, engineering and manufacturing operations of the Group, the same strategy is applied to the five Italian plants (Lumezzane, Polpenazze, Campress, Fab and Plastibenaco), which use the same production and control processes based on the same software (SAP). The manufacturing process is vertically integrated and all major operations are carried out internally.

The Technical Department is committed to achieving engineering excellence in the final product, both mechanical and electrical. Components are designed with the help of CAD stations.

The Technical Department is supported by a laboratory for developing new products and for monitoring and testing the performance of existing components.
The laboratory also undertakes testing for specific applications and offers technical solutions for individual customer needs.

Air conditioning equipment: freezer down to -25°C, furnace at forced air up to 300°C, two climatic chambers with fields going from -40°C to +180°C with humidity can be set between 5 and 95%.Equipment for explosion and mechanical resistance tests with pulsing pressure up to 400 bar.ATS machine to test oil-plastic compatibility.

Camozzi has worldwide branch offices with either production or commercial and assembly capabilities. There are a total of 16 branches: USA, China, Russian Federation, Ukraine, Sweden, Brazil, Venezuela, Argentina, Iran, UK, Sweden, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Colombia and Mexico.

From production to distribution, all Camozzi's operations are supported by the widespread use of advanced software, such as the SAP system. This technology is at the heart of Camozzi's activities in developing communications, co-ordinating and controlling operations, assessing production and management costs, and monitoring the company's overall strategies.
