Vacancies: Customer Service and Technical Support Representative

This position is located in McKinney, Texas and serves as the first line of communication between customers and Camozzi Pneumatics, Inc. This individual will provide technical support to customers for Camozzi related product issues and manages customer needs throughout the order fulfillment and post-sales process.

This individual will handle all customer service inquiries, including order status, order changes, pricing requests, stock status, and other order related matters. He/she will also be responsible for offering appropriate product substitutes when requested products are unavailable. In accordance with the position’s responsibilities, this individual may coordinate directly with all supply chain participants including Order Management, Production, Purchasing, and Shipping/Receiving.

Of equal importance, this position handles all product related inquiries, including technically oriented inquiries related to the functionality and capability of Camozzi’s products.  This department also performs crossovers of competitive products and offers upgrades where such upgrades may enhance the functionality of an offering. In the fulfillment of its Technical Support responsibilities, this position regularly corresponds directly with the Sales Department and Regional Sales Managers, and when necessary, with various technical departments globally.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must:

  • Be professional.  Without exception – all customer interactions are expected to be managed with the customer’s interests in mind, and with the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel and Word software.  ERP training will be provided.
  • Possess high level communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Have six months to one year of work experience related to the fluid power industry.
  • Possess a minimum of an Associate’s Degree or have two years of college/technical school experience.
  • Be able work in a team environment with cooperation and consideration for the team
